The Christmas sculpture in Piazza Marconi

The rich program of events and initiatives of the Municipality of Jesolo to celebrate Christmas is also seeing the creation in piazza Marconi of a beautiful sand sculpture dedicated to Christmas.
The work, created by the professional sculptors team of Jesolo Sand Nativity coordinated by the artistic director Richard Varano, it further enriches what will be the main exhibition of the traditional Sand Nativity of Jesolo which will be inaugurated next Wednesday 8 December, at 4 pm, in piazza Trieste.

In addition to the sand sculpture, in Piazza Marconi visitors will be able to take suggestive photographic shots in the special " Selfie Area " and will be able to admire one of the three large Christmas trees set up in the city : the other two will illuminate piazza Mazzini and piazza Aurora.
Sunday, November 28 the inauguration will be held with the lighting of the tree: at 4 pm in Piazza Aurora, at 5 pm in Piazza Mazzini.
On the same day, the Jesolo Christmas Village will also be inaugurated, bringing the magic of Christmas to the heart of Jesolo Lido: from largo Augustus through the heart of piazza Mazzini, along the Red Carpet in via Trentin and arriving in piazza Aurora, the event offers an emotional experience in a fantastic world, in which young and old are accompanied by Santa Claus, his elves and acrobatic traveling artists.
The village, made up of over 90 wooden houses and structures with objects, lights and decorations, quality food, sweets and delicacies of all kinds, extends to guarantee the total safety of the event and compliance with anti-Covid regulations. br> Fun is guaranteed, with the Jesolo On Ice ice rink , attractions, rides and creative events for children, itinerant musical performances, jugglers and waders.

The exhibition with the splendid sand sculptures of Jesolo Sand Nativity will be open in Piazza Trieste, with free admission, from 9 December to 6 February 2022 at the following times: from Monday to Friday 9.30am/12.30pm and 2.30pm/7.30pm. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays open all day 9.30am/7.30pm. From 25 December to 9 January open all day from 9.30am to 7.30pm.
We remind you that, in compliance with current anti-Covid regulations, entry is allowed only to green pass holders (children under the age of 12 are exempt).
