Jesolo Sand Nativity will be inaugurated on Saturday 2 December 2023

A December of inaugurations in view of the holidays. The municipal administration has scheduled the ribbon cutting for the various events that will characterize Jesolo City of Christmas, the format that will bring together the events linked to tradition again this year.

The first date to mark on the calendar is Saturday 2 December, the day on which the 2024 edition of the Jesolo Sand Nativity will be inaugurated.
Between 6 and 19 November the works will begin to take shape under the delicate touch of artists from all over the world, called this year to create a journey dedicated to the life of Saint Francis.
A common thread that will link Jesolo to Assisi where, on 8 December, the day of the Immaculate Conception, the sand Nativity created in the Basilica of the Saint will be inaugurated.

Sunday 3 December, however, will be the day of the lighting of the traditional Christmas tree which will represent the beating heart of the market in Piazza Mazzini. The preparation of streets and squares will begin in the second half of November and the official opening of the stalls will take place as early as Friday 1 December, which will liven up the lido until 7 February.
